EMDR Psychotherapy
Unlock your inner strengths and heal from your past traumas with our specialised EMDR psychotherapy sessions. *Sessions are recommended for 60-90 mins, once a fortnight for around 12 sessions* and include a range of Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprogramming techniques, using bi-lateral stimulation and tapping techniques. *Session costs are from £100*
DDP (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy)
Build trust and connection with your child or Young Person and LAC, through our specialised DDP approach, nurturing healthy relationships and emotional growth. Use of PACE techniques. *Sessions are recommended for 1 hour, once a fortnight (minimum) for up to 24 sessions / a years worth of Therapy. Used widely in Adoption and Fostering and where there is Developmental Trauma. *Session costs are from £150*
Children's & Young People's 1:1 Therapy
Foster resilience and empower young minds, with our compassionate 1:1 YP therapy, designed specifically for children and teens. Working at their individual pace via integrative counselling methods, to address issues such as: Self - Harm, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Low mood, Self - Esteem and Relationships. *Session costs are from £80*
Individual Adult 1:1 Integrative Counselling / Psychotherapy sessions - Costs are from £70
